Le Palais des Saveurs
About This Spot
Stepping into Le Palais des Saveurs is like uncovering a quiet corner of Morocco nestled right in the heart of Brussels. The moment you arrive on Bd Anspach, the hum of the city gently fades, replaced by a warm, inviting stillness where rich spices and fragrant teas linger in the air. Time seems to slow here, inviting you to settle in and savor each moment.
The atmosphere embraces you with a soft glow and subtle textures that nod to Moroccan tradition without overwhelming. It’s a place where the pace is unhurried, where conversation flows easily and the clinking of tea glasses is a gentle soundtrack to an intimate cultural journey. The staff’s quiet kindness adds to the sense of genuine hospitality—this isn’t just a meal, but a window into everyday life and shared stories.
The experience unfolds through a thoughtful exploration of flavors: a comforting bowl of harira that feels like a warm handshake, delicate pastilla layers that balance crispness and sweetness with finesse, and mint teas poured with a practiced hand, releasing soothing aromas with every sip. Whether you arrive for the morning’s traditional selections or a lingering evening meal, the rhythms of Moroccan cuisine are clear in the balance of fresh ingredients, well-spiced dishes, and tender care.
Le Palais des Saveurs invites visitors to slow down and delight in these small, carefully curated moments. It’s a space where familiar ingredients reveal unexpected depths, and where each visit feels like a new discovery — quietly vibrant, authentic, and generously warm.

If you're looking for a Moroccan breakfast this restaurant has you covered. True Beldi breakfast with eggs, harcha, mesemen, Moroccan tea, harira and so on. You'll be full for the day. They also serve couscous but I haven't tried it. Definitely next time.

I had dinner at Le Palais des Saveurs and everything was impeccable. I started with harira, which was rich, well-spiced, and comforting — exactly how it should be. Then I had the chicken pastilla, and it was excellent: perfectly crispy on the outside, flavorful and well-balanced inside, not too sweet, not too heavy. This restaurant is a true representation of Moroccan cuisine. I’m Moroccan myself, and I visited while I was in Brussels — I can honestly say the flavors are authentic and respectful of traditional recipes. The woman who cooks is Moroccan, very kind, and clearly knows exactly what she’s doing. Warm atmosphere, friendly service, and very reasonable prices for the quality. Highly recommended if you’re looking for real Moroccan food in Brussels.
